The primary focus of the website is to give you information about the work that I do; the body, mind, and spirit workshops that I teach and one on one sessions that I lead. If you are interested in spiritual growth, holistic Healing, Reiki, how to move forward in your life, then you have come to the right site! My wish is to share with you some of the knowledge, insights, and teachings that have helped me make progress on my own spiritual journey. 

There is a great need in the world at the present time for humanity to take a great leap forward in consciousness, so that we can restore balance to the planet and lead healthier, happier, more peaceful lifestyles. The key is willingness, awareness, knowledge, and effort. I trust that we can all learn from each other and each of us can help all of humanity to take that leap forward in awareness.
