Heal Yourself with Sound, Color & Breath workshop
This workshop focuses on understanding the connection between our body, thoughts, emotions & spirit and healing ourselves at all these levels through learning and practicing exercises involving color, sound and breath. You will learn a very wide range of different practical self-healing exercises, which you will be able to continue to do at home. We will listen to sound and chant a mantra; we will learn about the chakras and visualize the colors of the spectrum healing our chakras and we will work with sound, color and the breath in meditation. We will also work with affirmations and do breathing exercises.
