Where you are in life today, as regards happiness, relationships, career, prosperity, health is an outer manifestation of your inner thoughts and feelings, the choices you have made, the life experiences you have already had and the stage that you have reached on your journey of development and growth. There is also a strong connection with the life lessons that you are trying to learn: lessons such as trust perhaps, or forgiveness or self love, to name but a few examples. Once we grasp this, then we can start to feel safer and can start to understand that difficult events in our life have not come about through some random accident.

We can then start the process of letting go of dwelling on difficult experiences from our past, feeling the same old negative emotions over and over again and we can start to move towards acceptance: learning and understanding the life lessons that the experience was trying to teach us. Once we can do this, we can move towards letting go of having difficult patterns repeating themselves. Eventually we might even be able to feel grateful for the difficult experiences we have had as we can start to see how much we have learned from them.

It is very hard to do this type of work on our own as our feelings are often too intense to allow us to look at our experiences and situation objectively. Many people will therefore seek to do this kind of work in ongoing support groups, or through one on one counseling or spiritual guidance sessions. Others may read all the popular self-help books and attempt to make progress on their own.

This workshop is designed to help you: help you to stand back, take a fresh look at your difficult life experiences and start to move forwards. If you are feeling stuck in the past, still dwelling on painful experiences, or unhappy with where your life is going right now, this workshop will help you find ways to start the process of moving forward in your life.

A supportive, safe and non-critical atmosphere will be created in which you will do practical work to help you identify the major issues in your life and what you need to learn from them. The number of participants will be kept small so that each person can get individual attention. Pearl will use her many years' experience of helping people in one on one sessions to help you move forward today.
